We have already built a rough website that is functional with a number of bugs. We would like a freelancing team to complete building the website, design user interface, add features, design website & theme and ensure the project is completed with no error or bugs. We are basically building a website that connects customers (individuals, families and small businesses) to service providers (mainly plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, IT services, carpeting, gardening, general maintenance ... etc). The website should have two different user interfaces, one for customers and one for service providers. The website should offer both languages, English & Arabic. It should switch smoothly between languages. Customer Interface: customers should enjoy the following features (minimum): 1. Browse through service providers categorized based on services offered 2. Sort browse through categorized service providers based on price, location and rating (quality) 3. Log in and, edit location or detected automatically, view profile, completed services, feedbacks, and favorite service providers. 4. Issue a ticket to selected service providers, with description, attach photo … etc 5. Track open tickets progress through email, website notifications, or SMS 6. Accept completed tickets, provide feedback and ratings Service Provider Interface: service providers should enjoy the following features (minimum): 1. Build, view and edit service provider profile. 2. View and monitor new tickets, in-progress tickets and completed tickets 3. Accept/reject new tickets 4. Request for ticket completion 5. Track open tickets progress through email, website notifications, or SMS 6. View individual feedback, ratings and overall “accumulative” ratings. The design of the website should be modern, simple, easy and intuitive. Social media integration should be implemented smoothly as well. The programming, structure and workflow should be robust to handle high traffic without slowing down or crashing. The details of the project will be discussed with selected bidders and skype sessions will be conducted prior to awarding the project. During the project continuous skype sessions will be conducted to ensure the project is going as planned and desired. The freelancing team should be flexible to adding additional features as seen fit.
