Decode Ioncube File [URGENT]

Hello guys, I wanted someone to decode an encoded Ioncube file for me. It is a PHP configuration file. I need to edit some code and I don't have the source code. I want this project to be done for the less amount of money as it is very small project. And I need this ready ASAP. If work is done correctly, I will first contact you again if I need decoding jobs.
