We have an application that is installed using an ActiveX component. We have a signed security certificate and yet we are still encountering challenges where the ActiveX is being prevented from running even at the security setting of Medium on Internet Explorer.
We are looking for someone experienced in building ActiveX components, particularly in the areas of installing applications, to analyze our setup and provide a solution so that it will run properly. We are also getting a strange error on some machines when the ActiveX component tries to run: 'Wrong parameter format detected in the script! Please report the error to your vendor.'
We need to locate the reason for this and implement a solution.
