Application/Website Developer

This project will be in the United States. I currently have no website associated with this particular business. I would need a webstie built and the site would have to be able to handle Premium Short Message Service (PSMS). The website must also be able to support a "live webcam feed" option, that customers may want to subscribe to and watch. So e-commerce ability is also required (ie) accept paypal/credit card payments. I will be a service provider, providing a service at a per text message rate (ie) $1.99 per text, this is the reason why I need the application and website built. Once an interested consumer sends a text message to my shortcode, my billing aggregator will then forward the charge to the customers cell phone service provider via their gateway. *** Basically you must know how to setup an SMS or PSMS (Premium Short Message Service) gateway that connects to the US cell phone carriers & billing aggregator via HTTP protocol. ***I would like my website and PSMS to be developed by one person. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Run on Windows/any web browser. My content (ie) bot message or live chat will be automatically sent to them, on their cell phone via the program u develop.
