Auction Software Customization

Hello, I would like to have a reverse auction system website which works similarly to [login to view URL] -- I would suggest that the bidder of this project to visit, check, and analyze the [login to view URL] site and if possible, I would like to have the programmer create the site and software from scratch. Again, I want to have a clone of the iOffer site and I welcome serious bidders only! Programmer must have knowledge in PHP, MYSQL, and experience in developing auction software. Any referals to past similar projects would be highly appreciated. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) The software must be tested and run from the programmers site for further tests. 3) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 4) Have the software installed and have it run in the software buyer's server. 5) Must provide at least minimum of 60 days after service after completion of implementing and running the program successfully. 6) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
