Director MX CBT Interface

I need a Director MX 2004 / Lingo Expert for a Computer Based Training Programm/Interface. It may be a clone of the total training interface shown in the attachment. I need all the funtionality of it. Quicktime Video seems the way to go for the videos. If you have alternative options for a video format that can be used, and that does not require a plugin to be installed, you will recieve a bonus. I need the interface. I will insert the videos myself. You have to insert dummy videos as placeholder. The programm needs to be compiled for windows 2000 / xp and MAC OSX machines! I am a very demanding customer and I want to see a full working programm with all the features shown on the screenshots. I will pay an additional bonus for exceptional work! Please contact me for questions. ## Deliverables 1) I need complete and fully-functional working system 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under German Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 3) the source code must be provided with some comments so I can handle your work 4) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 5) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
