add functionality to PHP/MYSQL website

Please note: specification has been modified (5/1) - see details in attached document. --------------------------------------------------------------------- I need an augmentation to a website I run: [http://http:[login to view URL]][1] I would like to extend the functionality to allow users to recommend additional recordings to the details page in the following manner: 1) User clicks on “add a recommend recording?? in the tune details page. 2) The screen will navigate to [login to view URL], user will find the recording she had in mind and will let the system know that this page describes the product they recommend. (How will the user notify that this is the chosen product ? Open to suggestions, but one option is to use frames and have small strip on top with two buttons that allow the user to “recommend?? the current product or “return to RealBookListen?? ) 3)System will extract information from the product webpage and populate an add recording form where the user can add notes. 4) If the user accepts the info, add the recording to the Database and show the updated recommended recordings with this one added. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The current site is written in PHP using MYSQL.
