changes required on 2 site templates

Hello, I urgently require updates made to 2 site templates (1 home and 1 x inside page design). Both files were originated in Photoshop PSD and below are the changes I require: Home page: 1) Menu layout and design changed to a XP gradient style. 2) Banner image on home also changed to a crisper, clean and professional looking image with text on it. 3) Changes also required to the packages area (3 columns) which currently contains text and graphics. I will also require both templates sliced with strict HTML files and CSS file for the layouts. CSS and HTML must pass validation. HTML must comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 <[login to view URL]> Full details including example site references for the required changes will be provided to the winning bidder. Examples of your previous graphics work and websites developed will be greatly appreciated Completion ASAP! Preferably within a day or two PLEASE NOTE. I ALSO HAVE TO LET YOU NO THAT I REQUIRE A VERY HIGH LEVEL FOR THE WORK PROVIDED SO PLEASE DO NOT ENTER ANY BID IF YOU KNOW YOU CANNOT DELIVER ANY OF THE ABOVE. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
