Add a top banner to a colorlabs wordpress theme

Hi, I bought this theme from [login to view URL], i have installed the theme and the site is running. However, colorlabs did not make the theme with a widget for a top banner ad (980x120, 980x250 and 970x90). I really need that banner on my site and they say they won't do it for me as they would have to change the structure of the site. Currently on my site, i can put side bar ad banners by basically moving an ad widget to the section on the widget section for sidebar. I want some one who can create an ad widget section for me in my widget section such that all i need to do is move an ad widget there and put in the google ad code.
