Create Form in Wordpress and PayPal Link

We have inherited a Wordpress website with a tailored template, some of which is hard-coded. We need now to set up a new page with a straightforward form for collecting information from the visitor about their current car. The form should: - help users complete their address via postcode (UK only) using postcodes4u - send info to PayPal to collect a simple payment - notify the website owner of the full details entered by the visitor The postcodes4u account is open, tested and working, we have the test page working. The form is already built using contact-form-7 so we have a full specification of it. The paypal account is open and buy button created. All we need is someone who can work out why it is not all working and make it work please, even if that means scrapping contact-form-7 (but would prefer not to scrap postcodes4u or paypal). We only need someone to do the minimum to get this working, the User Interface is not our priority at this stage.
