Diagnose Wordpress Lightbox Popup Plugin

I need someone to diagnose the Wordpress PopUp plugin ([login to view URL]) for a clients website. It works fine on two other websites I own so I believe it's something to do with the coding. That and I've tried three other lightbox popup plugins to no avail. So I do believe it's something with the coding but it could have something to do with the other plugins. I did not write the code so I can't figure out what's wrong. So I need someone to diagnose the problem or perhaps make a lightbox plugin that works. Instead of sending me a link to your portfolio, send me a link to a job rating where you diganosed a Wordpress plugin.. Everyone elses bids will not be accepted so don't bother unless you have experience with this particular job skill.
