Add Simple Episode Posts To My Wordpress Site

I have a wordpress site already set up for a TV show episodes site. I need content to be added to the site. This includes about 40 posts one for each episode. You will need to copy and paste the html code for the embedded video for each episode.(I can give you a list of where each video html code is located so you will just need to copy and past the embedded code) Then copy and paste a small description of each episode below the embedded video.(I will also provide you with where this can be found) You will also need to insert a few keywords into each description to help with seo rankings. You will need to copy and paste the same 10 tags into each post. Then the last thing needed will be to create a new page to be used for the home page that will list each episode as a link that is linked to each individual post.
