Apply CSS template into wordpress MU

We are looking to have this template, [login to view URL] Applied to a wordpress MU install. We want this system to be adaptable to a sub domain structure and be able to apply it to different languages. We need a price and time line to be able to have this applied, and to have the necessary plugins / tools applied to the system to manage the operation of the different areas / functions of the sites. We have a need to have support for a large number of additional portal sites we are working on as well. If this project was to work, we would consider having you / your team work with us full time on a long term contract
