Bed and breakfast site

Hello, I am setting up a little bed and breakfast business in south africa. I would like someone to set up a web site for it to include the following:- 1. The business is aimed at attracting corporate clients mainly so needs to be designed with a more sophisticated look and feel. 2. There needs to be a booking calender/schedule online, so potential guests can see what availability is and make booking there and then. 3. Once guest has booked, they will be required to pay a 15% booking fee. So site should be equipped to handle this. I will probably want to interface with a secure 3rd party payment mechanism, rather than try and handle it on the site. Site still needs to be secure so that anyone using it feels safe. 4. I want this site to have good web presence so i am going to want you to do some registering with search engines as part of this deal. 6. This business is going to be ready in about a month, so need to get this site ready for testing within the next 2 weeks. 7. There will very likely be ongoing support and maintenance required by the developer. Thus I would want to put some sort of agreement in place for this. I would like to retain all source code for site in case there is a problem with support arrangement. i.e. I would be pretty screwed if you got run over by a bus or something! Thanks, Oliver Hiltonn ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform: I would prefer Microsoft IIS. Dev tools: Would prefer code to be written in VB.NET (v2-v3). Dev environment: I use visual studio 2005 so would like the project to be able to integrate with that.
