Changes in Wordpress

I'm building a wordpress based site with a theme called "classipress" I bought from [login to view URL] . I need someone who can help me make the listings on my site password protected for paid members only, but keep the ability to list free. Usually classified sites charge people to list, and make it free to contact the sellers, but I want to charge the prospective buyers to view the listings, and make it free for the sellers to list. The theme already allows for free listings, but I don't know how to make the listings themselves password protected for paid members only. I've tried membership plugins, but so far, no success. Not all plugins are compatible with this theme. And if you activate an uncompatible plugin it messes everything up. the URL of the site I'm working on is [login to view URL] ## Deliverables I'm attaching a copy of a PDF file that explains what I'm trying to do with this theme more specifically. Basically all the listings must be password protected, for paying members only. And the ability to list must be accessible to everyone for free. Everyone needs an account. Free accounts can list and edit their own listings. Paid accounts can view ALL listings and contact the sellers. The homepage also needs to be edited so that the listings don't show, but rather whatever content I desire to show. Lastly, it would be great if the users (paid and non paid) could be added to my aweber list. After reading the PDF file, you'll have a better idea of what I'm trying to do with this, and may have better ideas to implement it.
