Convert website to new template

I would like to redesign my site but I just dont have the time at the moment. I have the generasl template done but need someone to convert all the pages to the new template. All info from a page should be brought over including text, title, desc, meta, etc..The nav should use server side includes. I would also like to have one page created for each project. I will give you the general structure but nav may change as you get more into the conversion. Be prepared to accept these types of changes. I may also want you to tweak graphics, etc..I am also going to break out the pages into four different sites. the 1st web design, pos, sales lead, and dispatch. I need this done ASAP! I would also like the general pages to come from a dtabase so it will be easier to manage all the files. The site has approxmiately 126 pages and may contain a 30 more when done converting. I would also like work to be uploaded on a nightly basis so I can view, make edits if necessary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should work under IE, Netscape and Firefox.
