Create HTML/CSS from PSD

Hi , I need HTML files using CSS from PSD file for 2 pages, home page and subpage. The 2 pages should be resizable according to user's screen setting. The html code of that pages should not use <table> tags if is possible. The right box of both pages is advertising area. This box should not be resized. The attached document are for 1024x768 screen setting. For the big box in subpage (where there is content), if content is big a scroll bar will appear only for content. It will not include the right box (adv) and the left box (online user list). More explanation can be given by email or messenger.
