Create a deaf-to-hearing translation program for Flash/Windows mobile(easier)(repost)

I have re-written the documentsand included a flow chart so it is less confusing and easier to understand. See attached. Also, I am willing to provide an iPAQ for developing/testng. ---------------------------------------------------- Design and implement an application to allow deaf persons to communicate with hearing persons by building sentences using a defined path, icons and other tools. The finished sentence will be properly structured so that hearing person can understand. Pre-made sentences will be available. The user can also create their own sentences and store them in their own folders, which will be created when they choose how they want to organize their sentences. This application will be implemented on a Pocket PC and other devices using Windows Mobile technology, such as the HP iPAQ 6945. I have an earlier version (phase 1) available at [[login to view URL] ][1] for you to look at. I can give you download info if desired. Don't know if any of the code is reusable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
