Create php export and import from mySQL to docx

We are looking for somebody who has experience with the xml format of the Microsoft docx files. We would like to create two things in php: 1. An export (for books) from a very structured and simple mySQL DB (see sample csv file) 2. After editing the file in MS Word 2007 (spell checking/minor editing) An import for the same exported docx file to get it back into the DB while ignoring all the extra codes /tags that MS Word puts in. There is meta data about the book and this needs to be hidden to the user of the docx file. It need to be put in on export and all pulled back in on import. There are also a very limited number of formatting tags in the text that need dealt with. Please see attached file for the these items in content text.
