The following project is to be performed rapidly, using either existing connectors
between Salesforce and MySql (or MSSql), PDF and MySql and Excel and PDF.
Must have experience working with these connectors.
This project will have the following goals:
Stage 1
- USE OF CASE HISTORY Excel Spreadsheet THROUGH PDF CONNECTORS TO POPULATE PDF REPORTS
- DATA CLEANING AND CONSOLIDATION AT SALESFORCE (To be done by Customer)
- INDEPENDENT DEVELOPMENT OF A CUSTOMER MASTER DATABASE USING DATA FROM SALESFORCE (Table Design)
- AUTOMATED POPULATION OF THE CUSTOMER MASTER VIA SALESFORCE CONNECTORS (Nightly Batch)
Stage 2:
- USE OF Web-Base forms to populate a transaction master set of tables
- Integrate use of the transaction master and customer master for PDF reports
- USE OF EXCEL CONNECTED VIA ODBC TO DATABASES to maintain other
functions.
Stage 3:
- Full use of forms and reports, minimizing the use of Excel as a data repository.
- Finalize Customer and Transaction Master Tables.
