Design refont & integration/programming (Wordpress Blog)

Hey! I need an _**excellent designer**_ to change many things on my wordpress blog. I'm really bad with code things. So the worker must to design and add the code on the site. I need something really original and fun. The theme is already OK on mobile so all the new things added must looks great on mobile too. I already worked with a french designer... I'm not glad with his work. He asked to me to pay, i pay him (cause contract...) and he's gone. So i need another designer (this time excellent and honnest) to finish his work... The background is bad, i choose another one (you'll add). You'll make original forms (a lot of design), add icons (with a small animation). We'll make together some tests about forms and colors. The colors must match perfectly together. You'll add a newsletter (i've the code) and make the form. You'll add a signature... All the details and example are in addtional informations. The theme i choose is already optimal for the mobile but everything must looks great on mobile. (form, newsletter...) Like i said, i want to make some test to choose the final version: Like colors template, rounded corners, typo. You must add all the things on the site. It's the "integration" part. I'm bad with all code stuff... I would like to change and manage (alone), the photo or the description in the signature. I need the final files, that mean source files (psd, jpg, png). You'll add also (and design) some buttons if needed. The site must looks perfect on mobile. All the form, design, background... Must be integrated by the worker that mean you directly on the site. All the code part is made by the worker (you). I must to be autonomous to manage the blog alone. If explanation are needed, the worker will explain to me how manage/change these new parts. Thank you!
