Development of website design into valid xhtml+css

This project is to develop a given design into valid xhtml+css code. The design in .PNG format is attached to this bid request. The .PSD version will be supplied to the selected coder. a few more requirements: - for layout css should be used, not tables - the words which are in the picture of the tree, are links. The link "contact" refers to contact.html. Those links should work. - When the mouse hoovers over a link, the word gets underlined. Underlined words are provided in seperate layers in the .PSD file. This should be implemented image-based, not html-text-based. - the line "tot september 2005" is associated with the page name "programma". The page name is an image, the associated line is html text. - page names and their associated lines for other pages are also provided in seperate layers. - The brown square precedes every first paragraph of every page. Text flows around it. - The text in the right column is html text. - The company name in top, "BaardaBemiddeling", is also a link to the home page. - The spacing between the lines should be more than in the given example. Note: the final .PSD file which will be provided, will be very slightly different from the attached .PNG. Ivar. ## Deliverables The design in valid xhtml+css. 6 pages will be delivered: the homepage plus the other five pages (which are mostly similar to to the homepage): "what" "hoe" "contact" "programma" "nieuws" 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
