Directory, Private Mail System, and Payment Processing Web Site

The project requirements are to duplicate the functionality of [login to view URL] with the addition of a mututal NDA process between Advisors and Clients. The site serves three types of users: Advisors, Clients, and Administrators. Advisors are independent contractors who are seeking part time income in exchange for providing advisory services. Clients are small and medium size business owners who are seeking consulting advice. Administrators provide customer service and site updates. The basic user flow is as follows (again, please see [login to view URL] for an overview of the required functionality): Advisor applies to join by filling out a profile, indicating areas of expertise, hourly rate, past experience, credentials, location, photo, age, email, phone, etc. Each Advisor is manually approved by an Administrator for publication in the Directory. Upon approval, Advisors are given a private email address, linked to their own primary email address, and are published in the Directory. There is no cost to be an Advisor. Clients search the Directory to view snapshots and profiles of Advisors. The Client can email an Advisor using a private email system. In order to email an Advisor, the Client must enter their First and Last Name, Email address, Advisory Subject, Company Name, and Zip Code. Notifications are sent to the Advisors primary email. Until a Client has submitted a payment method, phone numbers and email addresses are blocked out from any email correspondence. Once a Client has submitted payment information, email addresses and phone numbers are made visible. Advisors and Clients schedule their own times and can negotiate payment fees. The company processes and issues all payments and takes a percentage. Clients can get a reduced hourly rate by purchasing hours in advance.
