Add 5 more files to the add and edit item pages

Despite the .cfm extensions on the pages the files involved are written in PHP. To view the forms go to [login to view URL] and log in with the username test123 and the password test123 -=-=-=-=-=-=-=- I need five more files added to the "Add an item!" and "Edit an item" pages. For "Add an item!" they are required. For "Edit an item they should only update if a file is uploaded. Same behavior as the 4 upload boxes already on those pages. The only thing that needs to be validated is the file name.
