Database program for learning

Your current project description is... I want to create a language training program to give people a fun way to learn bulgarian language and bulgarian alphabet. I need to be able to enter questions about phrases etc and give the user three or four options for answers via a radio button. I would like to give the user an option when they start for learning a category for instance phrases, alphabet, plants names, ordering food etc and these will need to be assigned in the admin input screen This will need an input screen for me to enter the questions and answers, and I will need to be able to enter the cyrillic letters somehow. The user should be able to exit at any point and get a score and a percentage of answers correct. It should be a fun program to use any any other ideas to make a good application would be welcomed. I have php, mysql and apache on a linux system. I will create a new database for this project and a script should be provided to create the necessary tables and fields Use the form below if you want to submit additional information to your project description.
