clone of meta search engine

Hi I am looking for a clone of [login to view URL] but with few differences. I want all the results to have thumbnail of the website. The website should load extremely fast. I have seen similar sites which loads as fast as Google. I want to limit to 3 Adsense at the top and then break the reminder of the adsense results and display them individually randomly on the first page. On 2nd page adsense results or sponsored results from other engines would be displayed 3 at the top and 2 randomly in the non sponsored result and rest on the bottom of the page. Top and bottom sponsored results would have a box and light colour background. All sponsored results will have sponsored at the end of the result. I want the search engine to be fast and user friendly. Design should be as simple as possible. Colour scheme should be nice and neat. No banners will be used. I want a user log in section where they can log in to view their favourites, history, scrap book, highlights etc… (virtual toolbar) Highlighting is similar to Google’s highlighter. Users can highlight a section of a website and add comment next to the highlighted selection. They can then save the highlighted webpage on their user storage, they can give the name of the section or keywords. I want the user able to search the highlighted selection by websites keywords or their own keywords they have given. Also they can give others their URL with highlighted section showing up and with the comments. I want my signature to appear as a default to all URL with highlighted section. I want this section to be done in clean manner. Also from the user log in section, users can send pages or links to other users, similar to collaborative work. I want my signature on all page transferred. Users will have small amount of space on the server to save their work. I will set the space limit later. Feel free to add more features. This is initial posting. I will do detailed proposal soon. I need initial bid so I can add or omit features depending on cost. I will need help getting permission from Yahoo, Google, other search engines to use their sponsored results and non sponsored results. My budget for this complete project is $500, I would need 4 months free support to iron out all the bugs and fixes. The website should be search engine friendly and be highly ranked on big search engine for as many keywords as possible. I want very advance admin section where I can check everything.
