Animate texture to loop / tile smoothly - repost (with attachements)

I have a 240 frame texture that is part of a water effect, but it does not loop or tile. I require either the existing animation to be modified or recreated from scratch: To be both looping and tiling but otherwise perform it's animation similarly. Attached is a few resized JPG frames from the original animation and the full 240 frame animation (RAR attachment) if you want to see that. To complete the job requirements I need a 240 frame, looping, tiling animation at 2048x2048 pixels in JPG format, that looks like the existing animation to a casual observer. Will be away for a few days, shall pick a winner if there are any suitable candidates when I return.
