Animate characters for 10 scenes based on script - 36 hours available

I have some scenes that need to be animated. I have the characters designed with parts (R_Shoulder, Head, Expressions, Torso, etc) but they are not rigged. Total animation time would be about 15 seconds / scene - that's about 2 minutes total. I will supply detailed information for all the scenes. These are "simple" animations. I don't need a lot of detail to them. The software you work in is your choice but I would prefer After Effects - if you can't do it in AE, it's not a problem. I will accept any software. Please do not bid unless you think you can animate 2 minutes in 36 hours. Budget is flexible but not unlimited. Here is an example scene: Character 1 and Character 2 free-falling in a mining elevator shaft. Character 1 manages to grab a hold of a rock and stop his fall. Character 2 reaches out for Character 1 and he manages to hold on to his hand. Their hands begin to slip. Their faces show despair. Character 1 is struggling to pull Character 2 up without any success. Character 2's face shows that he has come at peace with what is about to happen. Character 1 tries even harder, crying - not accepting Character 2's decision. Character 2 lets go of Character 1's hand and starts falling in slow motion. Fade to black. Zooming out shows that Character 2 fell for about 5 feet.
