Animated gifs to demonstrate Iphone app features

Need to create around 8 - 10 animated gifs that demonstrate the features of an Iphone app. We have screen recording videos of the workflows that we want to showcase, however they cannot be simply converted into animated gifs. Instead, we need an expert in After Effects and Photoshop to professionally create animated gifs that showcase what is shown in the videos. This includes adding button click/touch highlighting and other required effects. The file size of the animated gif is a major concern, the goal is to keep the size as low as possible, preferably < 2MB for each gif.
