Hi there, My name is Bogdan and I'm from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler. I could provide you the full set of models and drawings for this savonius and I insist to underline the necessity to have a good engineer which to make this project. Beside the turbine's buckets which should be properly designed and positioned to the axis, is also of major importance the bearing system used to support the turbine, and also the anchors which should keep the pole raised and firmly on position no matter the speed of the wind. Althought I personaly prefer three buckets, it is ok with two. I could only tell you that I coud design this turbine to have a "floating" feature which to decrease the friction in the lower bearing assembly and this way to be more efficient.
