ADULT Home run e shop - Startup

My client is looking to start a specialist adult online business and needs a basic shop front with an easy to use administration interface for uploading pictures of new products, adding descriptions and setting prices. All payments will be collected by PayPal so no other merchant facilities are needed at this stage. Initially the site will be very basic with no more than 10 pages /products. The site must collate order details as specified by the customers received and forward them for processing via email together with the related PayPal reference. My client will then manually review the order details and reconcile to payments received before dispatching goods. Additionally a forum and chat facilities are required to engage customer interest and assist in building a community within the customer base. Both these facilities must be password entry and require the user to submit and validate an email address which will be collated and used for marketing campaigns. Links to external facilities would be acceptable provided they appear to be part of the main site (have the same look and feel) and membership can be managed via the process detailed above - please remember this is an adult content site. Finally my client is also seeking hosting for the above and would ideally like a quote to build and host the site for a period of 2 years. SEO may also be of interest subject to cost and proof of increase in Google ranking.
