Android Call Generator

I need a Mobile Phone Application that can make and receive Calls and SMS in an automated fashion. The program would read a schedule file and perform the requisite event (make call, receive call, send SMS, receive SMS.) Greater details will be provided to developers. Target platform is Android phones both GSM and CDMA carriers. Events would include Make a call - call a phone number, handle the call setup, when connected play a wav file from the phone into open call such that the receiver will here a pre-recorded wav file. Receive a call - answer an incoming call, when connected play a wav file into the open call circuit such that it will be heard by the caller. Like an answering machine. Send an SMS - read from the schedule file the target phone number and text. Create an SMS wto that user with that content, send the SMS.
