Convert Template Monster Template: #17905

I have purchased the template at: [login to view URL] I need someone to customize (colors and small content changes) for two seperate sites. The source files will photoshop files/template. The layouts MUST use CSS for styling and can employ either css relative positioning or table style positioning for layout. The layouts must be flexible so the content change will NOT break the look. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. * * * Site 1 Steps: 1. Leave background color as-is, apply orange color (as seen on [login to view URL]) 2. Get approval on layout and make any changes that may be needed for theme/style; repeat step 1. 3. Move content from ([login to view URL]) to this template. Some minor content changes will be needed and will be supplied prior to work starting. The content tabs will be: Home, About Us/Our Mission, Capabilities, Quote, Contact Us. There will be pages for FAQ and be linked from several locations on the site. 4. Deliver Edited Photoshop files and edited HTML/Images files via ZIP. If files too large to post here, I will provide a FTP folder to upload. * * *Site 2 Steps: 1. Customize Template for the colors (Red/Gray/Black/White) I will supply the base colors for this change and then several different options will need to be presented for approval. 2. Make any changes per approval round and repeat step 1. 3. Here is the site plan for site 2 * These are the following pages that will be required for the site... o Home o Our Work o Our Services o Our Process o Contact Us + Form that will send an e-mail when clicking on submit o About Us + Leadershp + Philosophy + Locations o Careers * We will also need a link for a client log-in in the top right of the website (That will link to a separate site) 4.
