DC-DC vehicle power supply

Would like to clone the DC-DC vehicle power supply from Mini Box (see link below) Must be design on a outline of 1 inch x 6 inches doubled side surface mount using a 4 layers PCB, with no mounting holes, primary side should not have no components higher than .375?? other than the connectors, secondary side components no higher than .124?? prefer no thru components other than connectors.
