First let me introduce myself. My name is Wil Case and I have, in the recent past, oversaw dozens of various project implementations, ranging from software upgrade installs to opening entire casino & hotels around the country for Caesars Entertainment. I have used all types of PM systems, to include base strategies like Excel lists and higher level multi-platform cloud tools such as Box, TrackingTime and my personal favorite, Trello. I have also completed four separate Slack installations from ground up, and written my own software via Access and VB for regulatory secure on-site data tracking for CRM. By the description given, I am unfortunately unable to give you a battle plan of a start to finish project with respective milestones. I have 12+ years of progressive experience in project coordination and project management within the various fields. As a Project Manager my responsibility is to execute the task to complete the project in phase manner within the schedule time.
