Greetings, I am a professional with over 10 years of experience in managing project valued upward of $300,000. I have managed multiple people and teams in completing projects on time and on budget. I have extensive experience in MS Project, and all the MS Office tools as well as having numerous templates for budgeting, reporting and project status communications. Or I can use existing templates and structures as required. I can adapt my project management style and communications to match the needs of the project and its stakeholders: I've worked in highly structured waterfall environments and very free-form agile environments. the first step is to understand the goal of the project, and to capture how the project is going to be accepted by the end customer (in agile terms "the definition of done"). Understanding the key milestones and what is expected at each milestone gives us the time framework for the project. And clearly we need to understand the budget if that's something you want me to manage. Next step is to understand all the key players and what deliverables they are responsible for in the project, their interdependencies and current status. With this information we can build a delivery model, which then drives a WBS and schedule, with current status. I'll then be able to advise on project stress levels and we can discuss corrective action. Typically I manage an issues/actions and risks registers, but this can be adapted to needs. feel free to contact me.
