BDM to acquire Direct Client Requirements ( US IT Staffing)

Hi We are IT Staffing Consultancy company located Philadelphia PA USA We need an experience BDM to fetch Direct Client Requirements in the filed of Computer and Information Technology like JAVA, .Net, SAP, PL/SQL,DBA etc.. You will be required to work independently to acquire new Clients and fetch Direct Client Requirements by yourself Our Recruitment team will work on finding consultants for that Requirements you get from clients you will get 20% of the Margin what we get when we placing a consultant payment will be given with in 3 business days after we get check from the client Initial Skype credit to make phone calls usually the margin will be $20/Hr so your part is $4/hr for one Requirement you may get $4x8x22= $704/Month (Every month till that Project last for two Requirements you may get $1408/Month ( Every month till that Project last ) so for those who have the experience in getting Requirements direct from clients Looking ahead to grow together with mutual work for mutual benefits
