Let me introduce myself, my name is Sherry Karam and I am coming with more than 10 years of experience in Recruitment in Egypt, USA & India. I have started my professional experience working in an IT recruitment company located in Silicon valley where I worked remotely with clients such as State of Georgia, Hewlett Packard, P&G, Cisco, Cox Communications, Addison Ave, Chevron Texaco where I was able to place more than 45 candidates in around 2 years. Then I joined Abudawood distribution company which is a distribution company for P&G, I was the recruitment manager for the group in 5 countries (Egypt, KSA, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen). I was responsible for managing the recruitment strategy and process. After that I joined Santeon Group, where I spent 7 years. My experience at Santeon took different approaches and challenges, from starting the HR department from scratch, to being a part of introducing Agile as a business line for Santeon in Egypt where we successfully became a market leader, sponsoring public training, and tailored training and coaching for many software companies such as ITWorx, LinkDev and ITS.
