Create animation from a video

I need someone who can create a realistic animation of a person from a video. That is, I show you a source of the video with a person in a scene walking toward the camera, turn around, and then walking away from the camera. Your job is to (1) generate an animation of that person from that video with the same clothing but without the scene - just a generic light color background - such that it looks like the person is walking in a studio, and (2) generate the same animation of that person without the clothing - just skin color without the details would be fine. The source of the final products should be provided in After Effects. If you can also provide in 3ds Max, it would also be good.
