The way we would prefer do this suits our long term goal whichis to find a Pro that we can continuously send models for graphic creation. Every client that we propose this system to will require a separate rendering. We would like to go to the property, take a photo of each side of the building and send them to the Pro for provision of a skp model which can be used in our presentation. We would provide you with whatever images you need to give the model some realism. By doing this on the first design, we could determine the results and you could determine the amount of time it would take to do this on a regular basis. The fly to, stop for narration, fly to next slide would be the approach and flow. We envision the following scenes 1. Overall view of automobile dealership and inventory of cars and remote inventory stored several km away from main building. This could be one view that could be used as various elements of the presentation. 2. Service Department 3. General Manager's office Ignore the photos, they are placed there as many of the Pro's we work with are outside of the US and have no real concept of a US automobile dealership. I have been to San Juan many times and you have the same configurations so it is a great benefit. If you like, we could even use a San Juan Dealership for the first model to make it easier for you.
