Am looking for someone who has training experience to do some database research. I will give you the logon and database. The job is to find all the articles that are Academic and in Trade Journals that discuss the topic: Return on Investment (ROI) in software training. My focus is on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Im looking for what they use to measure return on investment and how its calculated. If the article doesnt have an ERP focus then thats ok - Im still interested in IT software ROI. I need someone who has a training background as well as this will make it easier.
I would prefer if you work on this for 7 hours initially and then we can look at how long it will take to finish it.
Please search for those articles I can download in a pdf format from the database I give you. If you have access to another database, Business Source Premier then you would need to send me the pdf file as I wont have access to this.
Please refer to attachment for the work sheet I would like you to use.
