Creative Story Writer - Original Sci Fi/Comedy Story

I have 3 part treatment that I am looking to have help with developing out further. Right now we only need to focus on story one. I am not looking for a finished book. What I would like is somebody who can do some writing that can further develop my characters and story. I have already written a basic summary of the characters and plot that we will use to start with. We will work outline development and plot structure first. Once we have agreed on what the over arching story it through book one, you can then craft the written story. The story is science fiction in nature, but is nothing too crazy. Here are stories that would be in the same genre or vein: Watchmen, Ghostbusters, Harry Potter, The Hobbit, Invasion of the Body Snatchers (Most 1950s Sci Fi movies), Bioshock, Kill Bill, Shaun of the Dead, Star Wars, Back to the Future All work must be original. Must be 100% proficient in English. Please submit other creative writing you have done. Final delivery will be a story developed out to about 20,000 words. I am more concerned with story structure and ideation than the actual grammar deliverable.
