I require a freelancer writer to write article/content for a commercial or corporate real estate (office segment) website targeting Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley, Malaysia market. Article/content requirements: * 1 article/content of 800++ words in length *In dept knowledge of SEO writing, copy writing and Kuala Lumpur and commercial real estate (office segment) *content must be engaging, informative and with call to action. No fluff or filler. *strong understanding of SEO will be an advantage *100% original content (no copy-paste/plagiarized, re-spun content) *not indexed in the search engines and on CopyScape *written in proper US English and grammar You AGREE not to re-use, re-spin, re-sell or re-distribute the article/content. I will hold full rights to the articles once payment has been made.
