HI, Access and Excel VBA expert here, I offer you access application with very user friendly forms having functionalities like auto filling easy data selection through dropdowns, these forms will be for performing data operations and also other functions like selecting the data criteria for generation of the reports, the user interface structure of the application will be such that there will be a single Home form and all the other forms can be loaded on this main Home form through button clicks to access their functionality. I can offer you with a very dynamic access reports, dynamic in terms of their structure i.e. the structure of a single report can change depending on the data to be displayed on it each time for e.g. access reports can be used to generate invoices on them, now as structure of the invoice is dynamic i.e. there may be any number of items billed, so in such scenarios I can offer you reports which can handle this dynamic nature of such data. did something like this recently to be uploaded to our sharepoint. this should be a quick fix. And if i can understand how this will be used we can look at report creation, etc

I have much experience in software development and in my current job I created many applications in VBA environment.

I've created numerous user front ends, connecting a User form into both Microsoft SQL and Access. The main way of managing user credentials is by having rights stored in the user form it self, and then password protecting the VBA code and access database. If it's used on a company network where user names are issued by IT then it would be easy to manage off their log in name, something they cannot change. You can either have the userform accessed as a stand alone excel spreadsheet or as an AddIn with a button appearing in the task bar in all Excel instances.

Hello, I have a few questions/suggestions. Is the Access DB going to be new or something that is already existing? Will the DB only be stored and accessed on one machine? I would suggest using MSSQL Express edition(Free, 10 GB DB size limit is the only limitation) instead of Access. Its more dependable and robust, you will see much faster performance compared to Access as the DB grows. Thanks, -Matt

I have developed a sample vba form, which can feed information in to Access database and can retrieve database information and display on excel. I have done so many similar task.
