I am currently working on mass emailing for a couple different companies, What I do is make sure the list is legit and has not been compiled illegally. I may have to ask for a couple sites from which you gathered the emails fro and how they opted in. Then I email at the best delivery time and make sure they get delivered and do not exceed the max emails per day at the server and remove the bounces. Let me know
