You have a proven track record in Sales. 2-3 years minimum. 2. You have experience in consultative sales B2B - not just tele sales or call center. 3. You must have a track record in proactive sales - the ability to generate your own business. 3. Your communication skills are exceptional. 4. Your English is perfect - strong accents do not need apply. 5. You must have good internet with the ability to hold meetings via video - you must have sufficient bandwidth. 6. You have to be professional and we expect business dress during work hours. 7. You will need a good computer, very good quality head set and video camera. The opportunity for the right candidate is a base of $600 per month plus an open ended unlimited opportunity to earn 5% on all the revenue you bring in. 8. We will be providing a number of new leads every month but 60% of the revenue will come from research and companies that you find. You will be working in a geographical area with over 2 million companies. 9 We will give training and support. 10 There will be a 30 day trial period. At the end of the first month to move into the sales roll you will need be able to give a professional presentation and pass with flying colors a test. I keep my internal sales representatives busy with full calendars of qualified appointments. The internal sales team doesn't have to waste their time prospecting. I obtain my own names of candidate companies or individuals to call upon or I can use your raw list of information to work from. Excellent Telemarketing qualifying for new business skills. Average 100 calls per day. I get through gatekeepers. Excellent proposal writing skills, business plan, scripts; I was fortunate to have had excellent mentors in my career development. Very good knowledge of todays software programs and platforms. Excellent lead generation skills as evidence with resume attached. Excellent discovery skills: the ability to assess a prospect company needs through communication with key decision makers, then answering the need with a well-defined solution. Good team player, motivator, and winner. The ability to write excellent scripts for any direct marketing campaign, direct mail, or convention strategy. The gift of being able to explain things to customers and clients in easy to understand lay terms so closure can happen. Many years of in person finding prospects, accessing needs, proposing and closing sales. Identifying the decision makers quickly. Many years in lead generation format.
