MyDiem is a powerful engagement tool helping parents, groups and schools take scheduling and communications to the next level. MyDiem has been in beta in the Bay Area and is ready to expand dramatically.

You're an innovative thinker and problem solver who is passionate about leveraging sales techniques to fuel organizational growth. You are a self-starter. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you generate results in hours, not weeks. This role will have a lot of autonomy.
About the Role:
As a Growth Specialist, you will work directly with the founder and his team to grow our already strong base of users. This is first and foremost a sales role: success will be measured in outcomes, not efforts. You will carry a quota and enjoy the benefits as well as the responsibilities that go with it.
However, as an early member of the team, your efforts will directly impact the overall revenue of the organization, and thereby the trajectory of the company.
Other responsibilities: Blog periodically, Manage MyDiem’s social media accounts.

Required
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or equivalent experience
