Application to monitor baby’s heart beat for iphone/ipad and Android

This app will amplify the heartbeat sound via the microphone. The user will hold the microphone up against their belly and the sound will be amplified in order to identify the fetal heartbeat. It is expected that this will not work until at least week 30 of a pregnancy. The user will need to use headphones to reduce feedback through the microphone. The user will be able to share their audio file on facebook. This will require a PHP service to be built to host the audio files. ## Deliverables Feature List - When application starts, user is prompted for due date. This is saved for future launches - The users can sign up to our weekly newsletter from any page. The due date is pre-populated with their due date. When submitted the image will change to show that they have submitted. This state is saved for future launches. - User can change due date in due date menu - User pushes a button to activate the amplification - User has the ability to adjust the level of amplification via a slider bar - User has the ability to record the sound by pressing a record button and then stop by pressing stop (button changes to "stop" state when pressed) - Once stop is pressed they can edit the name. By default it uses the week calculated from the due date. - User can access a list of previous recording, Each listing displays the name, time and date of the recording - User has access to a list of recordings and they can scroll through, delete and play them - The user will have the ability to share their audio recording via facebook by posting it to their wall. This will require a service to allow the images to be uploaded so they can be posted to facebook. This service must be a written in PHP and allow the upload and retrieval of a file. The files will be random generated id's. - Branding for [login to view URL] that is consistent with our other applications. - Must be built natively for iOS and Android. No use of webviews or web platforms allowed. - A message stating "Make sure you phone is in Airplane Mode" should be displayed on the main screen. - On subsequent launches the popup is displayed asking the user to rate the app on the appstore.
