Create windows installer project

I'm looking for someone who can create installer project to automate deployment and update process for my software. My software is for Windows. It contains several Windows services and two ASP.NET applications, both talks to SQL Server. In the bid message tell me what technology or installation framework are you going to use. Installer must check for prerequisites: - IIS 6.0 or higher (if not installed - enable windows feature). - .NET Framework 4.5 or higher (if not installed - try find near installer, if not found - download and install). - SQL Server 2008 or higher and Feature Pack (if not installed - ask user if he wants to use remote installation, if not try find near installer, if not found - download and install). Installer must check for existing installation and able to update/modify/remove installed components. Installer must support several languages. When user run installer, he have to: - Agree to EULA (can be in several languages). - Select components he wants to install/update (My web applications, my windows services, drivers). - Select existing or new IIS websites for my apps and to specify parameters (folder, apppool, domain). - Specify company information and other general settings. - Specify settings for smtp server and test connection to it. - Specify database settings, database name and test this connection. - Specify admin password. - Ask user if he wants to visit just installed site, open manual or visit our site part after installation. When installing, we must perform several actions: - Create or update database schema. - Modify admin password in SQL. - Configure or create IIS websites. - Deploy web applications and data and apply folder permissions. - Apply [login to view URL] values from user input. - Deploy or update Windows services. - Apply [login to view URL] values from user input. - Open ports in Windows Firewall. When uninstalling, user can specify if he wants: - Keep or delete [login to view URL] and app.config. - Keep or drop database.
