CRE Loaded (oscommerce) Install and Basic Customization

I bought a template similar to this one.... [login to view URL] I need to customize this template for a customer who owns a flag store. I will need all the bells and whistles as far as coupon capabilities, special product offerings, English and Spanish language, and US and Euro payments at a minimum. We will be using PayPal for payments. 1. Install and configure CRE Loaded with my purchased template 2. Replace template's graphics with customers graphics 3. Customize background and menu colors as requested (css) 4. Categorize and upload 15 product pages (text and images) 5. Setup shipping costs and link payment processor (PayPal) Obviously their will be changes and extra paid work that need to be done after the store is launched. I will want the person who helped me install the store to handle all the future changes. So this job will include some extra maintenance money down the road. I will provide you with FTP access, CRE Loaded Pro files, Template files, product files (15) and the customers logo and main header images. Color scheme will be an easy red, white and blue.
